Wolverine

Winter 2010, watercolor & colored pencil. Hey bub, it's Wolverine from Marvel's X-Men. An example for a painting class I taught. I had done a number of anime style paintings over the years, so I tried to paint comic book character and try a new style with my painting technique. It came out ok but there is a lot that could be better. I kind of screwed up a few things. But we live and learn. © Marvel Back to Illustration.
