Who's your favourite colour?

Here they all are. Cyan, Magenta, and Amber, my 3 original anime girls. I've designed them for various reasons over the years, and I've decided to keep them around. Other than the fact that this was finished sometime in 2001 (I think) , their eyes a bit bigger than usual, and that it was painted with watercolour and rendered with coloured pencil as an example of a technique I was teaching, there's not a whole lot to say about it.

Just a note about how I design these girls. I designed them not to be the total fan-service characters like many other ladies in both anime and American comics. Their clothes are fairly realistic and practical. They're supposed to look like average girls. They are not designed with gratuitous implications in mind. I think they are cute enough as it is.

This is a digital photo which is not 100% accurate to the colour of the real thing. I did my best.
